Sherpa Pete Day has served in the role of counselor, program staff, facilities staff, facilities director, designer, project manager, operating director, project coordinator and currently is serving as advising director. 

He has also built 2 camps from scratch.  

He went to college and became an engineer but once he graduated he went back to summer camp as a full time staff member because it fit him so well.
