Camping became an experience he used to develop critical transferable skills he is now using in business.

Nate started working for a tree company in the summers while in college. After Hurricane Sandy, he left college and stayed working in the industry. When he needed to change locations, he had the skills and knowledge to start his own small tree service. This confidence grew over time with a variety of experiences which included camping and exploring where he has developed great problem solving skills. 

"Owning your own business can be a little lonely because the employees don't understand what you are going through and it's not something you can share with them. You have to manage that load alone."
