Your mentor development program includes a mentor selection process with teacher and administrator input: mentor application and recommendation tools, a mentor implementation guide, curriculum-based mentor discussion guides, safe circle training videos and guided reflection, small group facilitation guidance, and teacher check-ins and ongoing mentor support throughout the semester.
